Tire Pressing

Winkler forklift is home to a 200-ton hydraulic press that is used to take care of all your

forklift tire pressing needs! Many forklift tires are bonded to a steel ring which gets pressed on to a steel

rim for an extremely tight fit, which also means that the old tire needs to be pressed off before the new

one can be pressed on. Some tires need to be compressed to release a locking ring on the rim in order

to change the rubber tire, this requires special tooling along with the hydraulic press.
